Arch Recruitment Solutions Ltd is currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager for a dynamic Manufacturing organization. This role will involve collaborating with a compact finance team and providing support to the Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee and guide a small team on a daily basis, offering support and training as necessary.
Proven experience in preparing statutory accounts and group consolidations is essential for this position.
Assist in the preparation of weekly cash flow management reports.
Ensure compliance with VAT and Corporation Tax regulations.
Prepare and submit group VAT returns as part of your responsibilities.
Support the Finance Director in financial planning and forecasting activities.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
Manage credit control and cash collection processes.
Oversee the processing of both weekly and monthly payrolls, coordinating with external providers.
Act as the primary liaison for external auditors.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks to assist the Finance Director.
Role Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and IT skills is required for this position.
Must be organized and diligent.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Applicants should be ACA/ACCA qualified.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is advantageous but not mandatory.
