We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate & Public Engagement Administrator to join our team at Gordon Yates Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support for events and activities involving corporate sponsors and kindred organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for events, including venue research, delegate lists, and logistical arrangements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate contacts, including arranging meetings and updating content on our website.
  • Assist in organizing events, including creating digital content and posting on social media channels.
  • Provide diary management for meetings involving College staff, officers, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Draft professional correspondence, including letters and formal emails to corporate contacts.
  • Update the content on our website and social media channels to engage corporate audiences.
Requirements
  • Experience in event organization and customer service.
