We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at John Grooms Court, a residential home for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.
About the Role:As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to the staff and individuals we support. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure we provide the highest quality of care and support.
We are looking for a candidate who holds their CQC registration and their Level 5 in Health and Social Care or is willing to work towards this qualification.
About Us:John Grooms Court is a residential home that provides 27 single-occupancy self-contained accommodation for 27 people. Our organisation delivers residential support and nursing care for people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. We are committed to creating caring communities that promote inclusion and wellbeing for the people we support.
We combine enabling support with a vibrant home life, and maximise opportunities for residents to enjoy a full and independent life.

- Great CQC, great reward - If your service is rated good or equivalent by CQC in all domains, all staff will receive a £30 gift voucher. If rated outstanding, all staff will receive a £50 gift voucher.
