We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Financial Adviser to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced advisers in providing financial advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings with senior advisers to discuss financial plans and strategies.
- Manage action points from client meetings to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare and submit business proposals to clients.
- Analyze financial information and prepare detailed reports using FE Analytics and Voyant.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for referrals and business growth.
- Manage workflow and CRM systems to ensure efficient client communication.
- Prepare illustrations and electronic business submissions using Blue-door software.
- Calculate critical yield and oversee the completion of the Letter of Authority Process.
- Prepare for client meetings and ensure all necessary materials are available.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
