Trainee Financial Adviser - Tring

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Financial Adviser to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced advisers in providing financial advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend client meetings with senior advisers to discuss financial plans and strategies.
  2. Manage action points from client meetings to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  3. Prepare and submit business proposals to clients.
  4. Analyze financial information and prepare detailed reports using FE Analytics and Voyant.
  5. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Identify opportunities for referrals and business growth.
  7. Manage workflow and CRM systems to ensure efficient client communication.
  8. Prepare illustrations and electronic business submissions using Blue-door software.
  9. Calculate critical yield and oversee the completion of the Letter of Authority Process.
  10. Prepare for client meetings and ensure all necessary materials are available.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
