Job Title: Senior Site Manager

At Lovell, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site operations to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental (HSE) strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing site operations and delivering high-quality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
