Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex enterprise analysis sessions to gather requirements and design future state business processes
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption
  • Design and implement change management strategies to drive business change and adoption
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, operational manuals, and training materials
Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of the end-to-end Contingent Workforce Management process
  • Experience in process improvement or business process re-engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to effectively present conceptual information to all levels of management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Intermediate knowledge of AGS VMS partner platforms and advanced knowledge of at least one platform
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio
  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Project and project management tools
