Machine Setter Trainee Opportunity

We are currently looking for a skilled Machine Setter Trainee to join our team in Corby.

About the Training Program

You will undergo a structured 12-16 week training course before joining the shop floor on a continental shift basis.

  • Develop your skills and knowledge in production equipment performance
  • Learn how to job change and tool change machines
  • Improve your ability to maximise run time of allocated production lines
  • Enhance your skills in setting machines to minimise material wastage

Salary and Benefits

You will be offered a salary of £28,462 rising to £32,000 when fully trained, plus a 10% shift allowance, contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for overtime.
