Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team as an Intake Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the capacity of our branches to safely assess and accept new client referrals for our Local Authority Contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the development of our care services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be an efficient, organized, and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing high-quality community care. You'll thrive on managing your workload to an impeccable standard and take pride in building strong relationships with your care workers.
