Penile Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our well-established Penile Cancer and Benign Andrology team at St Georges NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Urology and/or Oncology, with a proven track record of running Nurse-Led clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care and support to patients with penile cancer, including holistic needs assessments and management of patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Support the benign andrology prosthetic service, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement service protocols and guidelines for penile cancer and penile prosthetic services, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Run Nurse-Led clinics, including results clinics, Intravesical BCG/MMC clinics, and electronic holistic needs assessments.
- Provide cover for the Urology and Oncology CNS service, ensuring continuity of care for patients.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Urology and/or Oncology, with a strong background in running Nurse-Led clinics.
- Expert-level knowledge and skills in Urology and/or Oncology, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites, including St Georges NHS Trust and Queen Mary's Roehampton.
