Technical Compliance Manager

Location: Coventry, UK

As a Technical Compliance Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage your own project load and report directly to the Senior Leadership Team.

  1. Oversee all related product compliance activities, including testing, certification, audits, and standard improvements.
  2. Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders adhere to the correct procedures and regulations to ensure quality product manufacturing.
  3. Manage your own diary and collaborate with teams on improvement projects.

The Role:

  1. Technical Compliance Manager
  2. Ensure that all standards, regulations, and processes are adhered to in the manufacturing of products.
  3. Oversee the correct testing, certification, audits, and improvements.
  4. Office based, hybrid working is available after completion of a probation period.

The Person:

  1. Experienced Lead Auditor/Technical Manager/Quality Manager/Compliance Officer.
  2. Extensive experience and understanding of product compliance and regulation.
  3. Knowledge of building, construction, and manufacturing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement projects and ensure compliance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audits.
