Kitchen Team Leader Responsibilities

You will:

  1. Prepare, cook, and present food meeting specs and customer expectations.
  2. Maintain kitchen hygiene levels and safety regulations, ensuring team and visitor safety.
  3. Act as deputy manager, resolving issues when needed.
  4. Organize and coordinate the team during busy services, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
    • Show ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and adapt to challenges.
    • Think on your feet and solve problems during peak periods.

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year.
