Farm Equipment Technician

Company Overview: As a skilled Mechanic / Fitter, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a new workshop for Agricultural and Farming Jobs. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the mechanical repairs of farm equipment, using your expertise to diagnose and repair complex problems. You will also be responsible for managing the workshop's operation and growth, including supervising staff and overseeing maintenance and repair projects.
- You will need to have experience working with mechanical repairs of farm equipment, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- You will also need to have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
