About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Director to join our team at Safetykleen. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, promoting a culture of inclusion and growth, and ensuring the highest levels of health and safety across our regional operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire branch managers to cultivate a positive work environment and set high standards for performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive operational effectiveness and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of inclusion and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

  • A competitive basic salary of £70,000 plus 20% bonus OTE £84,000 per annum.
