Job Description

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team at a Primary School in Anfield. Your role will involve supporting teachers in preparing lessons and creating a safe, engaging learning environment for all pupils. You will collaborate with class teachers to assist with classroom activities, manage pupil behaviour, and promote independence and learning.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a commitment to supporting the academic progress of our pupils. Currently studying or having recently completed a teaching assistant qualification is essential.
