About the role:

In this Underwriter role, you will be responsible for managing delegated authority practices, including onboarding new Coverholders and Delegated Claims Administrators, reviewing new business submissions, and conducting periodic due diligence reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage delegated authority practices to ensure alignment with our strategy and appetite
  • Develop tailored insurance solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to agree recommendations and track progress
  • Conduct regular audits and analyze audit reports to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience of delegated authority practices, preferably at Lloyds
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Conduct Risk and Product Oversight
  • Understanding of different Regulatory frameworks
  • Part qualified CII preferred
