Job Title: Senior Bid Writer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Writer to join our team in London. As a key member of our bid writing team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality bid documents that help us win new business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Principal and Senior Team to produce exceptional bid documents, including PQQs, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Work closely with our Marketing Manager to create engaging content for bids, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor tender portals to identify relevant opportunities and present them to the team.
  • Produce and compile bid documents, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
  • Manage and update all marketing collateral to ensure consistency across our brand.
  • Review competition lists and compile PQQs, tenders, proposals, and presentations.

About You:

  • You have proven experience in bid writing within the architectural world, with a strong portfolio to showcase your skills.
  • You possess exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our clients.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You are skilled in PowerPoint and InDesign, with the ability to create visually appealing presentations.
  • You are highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You have excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
