About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Installation Engineer to join our Asset Intelligence team in Warrington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems, including intruder panels, CCTV, access control, intercoms, PIDS, and other electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems
  • Reviewing diagrams and providing strategies to install equipment in line with client specifications
  • Completion of test records, including Inspection & Test Plans and Inspection & Test Reports
  • Attendance at site meetings with clients' engineering and operational teams
  • Utilizing industry best practices for system fault finding and problem-solving
  • Ensuring a safe work environment
About You
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience of technical problem-solving
  • Awareness of individual Health and Safety responsibilities and adherence to company health and safety policy and procedures
  • Alignment with Galliford Try's values: Excellence, Passion, Integrity, and Collaboration
  • Industry-applicable ONC or City & Guilds/NVQ equivalent
  • Industrial experience of electronic security systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Relevant CSCS cards
