Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Residential Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Vistry North Central Midlands, supporting sites across the region from our office in Dunston, Stafford. As a key member of the Surveying department, you will be responsible for managing the commercial delivery of residential development schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the cost management of residential development schemes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis;
  • Collaborate with the Surveying department to develop and implement effective quantity surveying strategies;
  • Provide expert advice on construction costs, including tender evaluation and negotiation;
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and statutory requirements.

About You:

  • You hold a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field;
  • You have significant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in residential development;
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and clients;
  • You have a strong understanding of construction law, contractual procedures, and financial management.
