Job Title: Room Leader - Childcare Department
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our childcare department at Colets Health & Fitness. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times
- Build strong relationships with parents and communicate effectively with them
- Contribute to the development of the childcare department and implement new ideas and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Experience in leading a team of educators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and Safeguarding
