Key Responsibilities

  1. This full-time position involves working closely with the Bishop to deliver effective episcopal ministry.
  2. Accommodation arrangements will be discussed during the interview process.
  3. All appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-appointment checks, including an Enhanced DBS check.
  4. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, with benefits including:
  • 40 hours per week (full-time)
  • Pension contributions: 8-15% of salary, depending on age-related factors
  • 30 days annual leave (full-time equivalent)
  • Access to Occupational Health and an Employee Assistance Programme
Clergy already in the Church of England Funded Pensions Scheme have the option to remain or join the PB14 scheme.
