As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for blending business development, client development, and top-tier candidate delivery. You will work closely with our top-performing recruitment team to implement a full 360 recruitment cycle that delivers exceptional results.
You will bring a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and charisma to the role, along with a genuine desire to provide the highest level of service to both clients and candidates. With a background in 360 agency recruitment, you will be able to implement feedback and drive continuous improvement. With a consistent £200k biller, you will have the opportunity to enhance your financial situation and make a significant impact in the world of recruitment.
