About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to produce and coordinate annual and quarterly work plans that optimize the use of labour, access, plant, tools, and materials within the delivery unit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement work plans that align with business objectives and resource availability.
2. Identify and request critical access and resource requirements for items included in the annual and quarterly plans.
3. Monitor and report on work efficiency and unit costs of work volume delivery against the annual and quarterly plans, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
Essential:
• Strong work plan production and resource coordination skills
• Knowledge of access and possession planning processes and systems
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
Desirable:
• Knowledge of maintenance delivery processes and techniques
