Job Description

This role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will be responsible for managing site teams, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.

A strong leader with excellent communication skills, you will be able to motivate your team, manage conflicts, and drive projects forward.

Your expertise in construction management, combined with your experience in similar roles, will enable you to make informed decisions and drive projects forward.

We value resilience, drive, and innovative thinking in this role, as you will face new challenges daily, requiring creative solutions to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

In this position, you will not only oversee site operations but also contribute to creating thriving communities where people can thrive.

As a Health and Safety Ambassador, you will ensure that site operations adhere to industry standards and practices.
