We are seeking a skilled CNC Setter Operator to join our team in Stone, Staffordshire. As a CNC Machinist and Production Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating 5-axis, 4-axis, or 3-axis CNC Milling machines.

Job Description

The CNC Setter Operator will work in rotating shifts, with two possible schedules: 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 12pm Friday, or 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 12pm to 6pm Friday. This is a permanent position that requires the ability to set and operate using Fanuc Control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and operating CNC Milling machines
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to quality control standards
  • Working collaboratively with other production staff to meet manufacturing goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have experience with CNC Milling machines, particularly Fanuc Control. A strong understanding of milling processes and techniques is essential. Additionally, you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
