Job Description:
The role of English Teacher at GSL Education - Lincoln requires an individual who is passionate about teaching and has a proven track record of success in educating students in KS3 and KS4. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your primary objective will be to create a positive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.

  • Foster a growth mindset among students, promoting a love for reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Plan and deliver lesson plans that meet the curriculum requirements for KS3 and KS4, ensuring effective assessment and evaluation of student progress.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about student progress and any areas requiring attention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching certifications.
  • Proven experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
