Bristol, Bristol, United Kingdom Kensington Mortgages Full time
Job Title:
Implementation Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at Kensington Mortgages. As a key member of our Business Change function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of change projects and initiatives. You will work closely with key business stakeholders, Business Change and IT Specialists to ensure all change projects and systems upgrades are successfully deployed. This will involve fully understanding business requirements, carrying out User Acceptance Testing to ensure change functions as expected ahead of deployment, managing communication, planning briefings, and providing training to prepare colleagues for upcoming changes.

About Us:
Kensington Mortgages is a leading specialist mortgage lender that has been blazing a trail for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and our ability to offer mortgages to individuals who may have been rejected by high street lenders. Our approach is guided by what we call the 'Kensington Difference', which is built around using our expertise and manual underwriting capability to see the shades in between. In a market where changing lifestyles mean more people are falling outside the traditional mortgage criteria, this approach can make a real difference to people who want to own a property.

Responsibilities:
As an Implementation Consultant, your key responsibilities will include owning and developing UAT testing documentation, defining test scope, approving scripts, and coordinating resource needs for deployment with SMEs. You will also be responsible for leading user acceptance testing, collaborating with SMEs to educate and prepare end users, providing scenarios and scripts based on approved business requirements and solution documentation, ensuring changes function as expected from pre-implementation through UAT execution, identifying and communicating any risks or impacts to project leads, and coordinating with the Learning and Development Team to plan relevant training and support. Additionally, you will provide clear communication across the business before, during and after implementation to drive engagement and ensure a smooth transition for customers and colleagues. We estimate the salary range for this position to be approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
