Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bank Support Worker to join our team at Coventry Ex-Offenders Service. As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to clients in need, promoting their independence and helping them to live sustainably within the community.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, partnering with other agencies to reduce reoffending and empower clients to take control of their lives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. You will also be highly organized, able to manage competing priorities, and work effectively as part of a small team.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of our service, which aims to provide safe, flexible, and adaptable support that promotes independent living and tenancy maintenance. Your role will involve providing housing management and financial support, as well as assisting clients with various aspects of their lives.
