Child Development Research Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team as an Academic Research Fellow. This 4-year project offers significant opportunities for professional and personal growth, including travel and networking with researchers across Europe, presenting findings at national and international meetings, and contributing to the publication of impactful research.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day aspects of the IMPROVE Preterm project, funded by Horizon Europe, which aims to improve the lifelong health and development of children born very preterm.
- Collect study data both online and in person, coordinating with data collectors at other European sites.
- Conduct assessments of children's cognitive development in the UK, managing large data sets and conducting data analysis.
- PhD (or equivalent) in psychology, epidemiology, medicine, health sciences or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with both children and adults.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while managing tasks independently to meet key project milestones.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
