Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Hammersmith, London. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving queries effectively, and imparting product advice in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with customers electronically, by telephone, and face-to-face in English, Dutch, and German.
  • Resolving queries effectively and providing product advice in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Providing effective administrative support to the department, working within a small team, and occasionally assisting with other duties.
  • Contribute to the effective running of the office, achieving sales targets and objectives efficiently.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and individual clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and ultimately be responsible for handling case coordination from instruction to completion, working within strict time constraints.
  • Liaise between the laboratory, clients, and medical clinics worldwide and will also be responsible for sample logging, shipping sample collection kits, report distribution, invoicing, and any other office-based activities.
  • Proactively manage client relationships on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German and Dutch, speaking and writing.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Computer literate and previous customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively manage client relationships, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills to take ownership of difficult and complex cases.
  • Team player.
  • Able to use initiative.
