Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Domestic Support Assistant to join our team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning and other related duties within departments, public and staff areas, and residential accommodation.
- Participate in a 4-6 week induction period with on-the-job training, including operational cleaning procedures, Health and Safety, and COSHH.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and patients, demonstrating care, compassion, and good communication skills.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for long periods of time.
- Receptive to supervision and feedback.
