This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Pensions Service Specialist. As a key member of our Defined Benefit (DB) Administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth administration and monthly payroll funding of our Defined Benefit Policies.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and the DB team to ensure timely and accurate DB payments.
- Produce quotation information for deferred members and pensioners within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Act as a primary point of contact for TPAs and Pension Scheme Administrators.
- Support TPAs, members, clients, and the wider DB Team with administration and payment queries, complaints, and service concerns.
- Provide support for TPAs and internal audits.
- Collaborate with the DB Operations team and wider DB Team on various tasks associated with client requirements, administration, reporting, Management Information (MI), payments, and data validation.
- Participate in process and other improvement initiatives.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a background in Pensions and a passion for working in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and organizational skills, be self-motivated, and able to manage their own workload effectively.
This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent, so you must be available to start immediately.
