This exciting role will place you at the heart of a dynamic start-up brand, where you'll work closely with various business departments, including suppliers, customers, warehouses, and finance.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from coordinating with the warehouse and retail teams to ensure optimal stock levels, to liaising with suppliers and customers, and managing orders and deliveries.

A significant aspect of your day will involve interacting with diverse stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. You'll thrive in this role if you're comfortable with multiple tasks, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage order processing and reconciliation
  • Plan and book retailer promotions, including data analysis and presentations
  • Handle retailer issues and escalations, as well as administration tasks
  • Support quarterly reviews, sales demand forecasting, and close collaboration with the Operations Exec, MD, and sales team
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience working with retailers, such as supermarkets or e-commerce platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, with a 'right first time' attitude
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to create and manage spreadsheets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently
  • Experience working with numbers and data
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
