Position Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head of School to lead our Construction department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to achieve academic excellence and drive student success.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet industry standards and benchmarks
  • Mentor and support teachers to enhance teaching and learning practices
  • Assess and evaluate student progress to inform instruction and improve outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Education or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience. This salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
