Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Westbury, Wiltshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and leading a team of care staff to achieve this goal.
The successful candidate will have a current active NMC Pin and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. They will be responsible for producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, and overseeing all aspects of medicine management on their shift.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who engages well with others, able to communicate effectively at all levels, and demonstrate awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards. They will also be able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment and have a passion for delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive an excellent salary up to £21.40 per hour and the annual salary is up to £48,963.20 per annum.
