Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of various projects across a wide variety of sectors, including construction, engineering, and architecture.
  • Conduct quality inspections and produce comprehensive reports to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Gain a strong understanding of construction procurement and contract management, particularly JCT contracts.
  • Proactively address client needs, maintaining a positive and responsive attitude to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is essential.
  • A construction-related degree qualification (QS, PM, BS) is required.
  • A proactive learner with enthusiasm and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
  • Practical experience with construction procurement and contracts, especially JCT.
  • A proven track record of working on construction projects.
  • Highly driven, with a natural ambition to achieve outstanding results.
  • A self-starter with a creative and initiative-driven approach to problem-solving.
