Care and Support Specialist - Cardiff

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced care worker to join our team in Cardiff. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes. Your duties will include training and mentoring new care staff, providing a high level of care and support, conducting initial assessments, and reporting directly to the registered manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide care and support to service users in their own homes
* Train and mentor new care staff
* Conduct initial assessments and report directly to the registered manager
* Administer medication and perform spot checks
