The partnership brings together KBR, Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Altrad Babcock, and Sellafield Ltd to deliver a 20-year pipeline of infrastructure projects supporting decommissioning and creating a clean environment for future generations.

KBR's rapidly growing nuclear team works at the forefront of UK nuclear space on new-build, defence, and decommissioning programmes.

Job Summary

This role transforms project management and delivery processes to enforce optimised processes. Reporting to the Senior Business Architect, you will apply structured business architecture methods to capture key views and needs of the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Applying a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing key views and needs of the enterprise;
  • Describing and capturing Sellafield project management functions, capabilities, services, and processes;
  • Collecting, understanding, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements;
  • Supporting analysis of new product developments;
  • Modelling as-is and to-be project management processes;
  • Analysing data to support clients in decision making;
  • Developing information systems and technology architecture.

Experience and Skills:

  • Able to understand business change needs and assess their impact;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills;
  • Experience in developing target operating models;
  • Familiarity with TOGAF and general business architecture;
  • Ability to apply frameworks to business solutions;
  • Agile working experience;
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
