The successful candidate will have a mechanical bias with responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and mechanical systems, including bespoke LM assets. The role requires a basic knowledge of related trades such as electrical, plumbing, etc., sufficient to support team colleagues when required.

The ideal candidate will possess a Mechanical Engineering background, with experience in using lathes, milling, sheet metal work, woodwork, electrical and electronic fault diagnostics, and general maintenance. Knowledge of machine language, such as Fanuc, is an advantage. Experience in working to safety risk assessments and method statements is also essential.

  • Fully qualified engineers or apprentices with equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • A Mechanical Fitting background would be highly desirable.
