HGV Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled HGV Technician to join our commercial workshop team at the Aylesford Service Centre. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are equipped to attend vehicle breakdowns and assist our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for trucks and a flexible approach to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through specialist recovery & rescue training, supporting our customers with HGV fleets that need assistance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles to ensure they are operational and safe for use.
- Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an HGV Mechanic and be able to provide evidence of their qualifications and training. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
