About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to take on a leadership role in our highways team. As a Highway Construction Management Lead, you will oversee the daily delivery of a section of works, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating RAMS & documentation, managing sub-contractors, and liaising with design teams and senior management. You will also mentor and develop Site Engineers and Graduate Engineers to ensure their skills and knowledge are enhanced.

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience working on large civil engineering projects (£20m+), preferably with a principal civil engineering contractor. An industry-related qualification (HNC/HND or Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree) is highly desirable.

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary up to £45,000, plus benefits such as vehicle use, 7% pension contribution, annual leave, and private healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working on large civil engineering projects (£20m+) as Section Engineer
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
