**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Innovator to join our team at Medik8. As a key member of our R&D department, you will play a vital role in driving packaging innovations that meet the needs of a fast-paced, competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate packaging projects to deliver the NPD and EPD product roadmap on time and in full.
  • Be responsible for packaging activities within R&D, delivering project milestones, by following best practices through development, testing, and execution.
  • Develop and execute clear testing plans for your assigned projects to minimize any post-launch issues.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders options & risks.
  • Assess packaging to ensure it is fit-for-purpose by completing testing and trials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in packaging design and development, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and quality.
