About the Job:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join our team at Wolverton Court, located in Alkham village near Dover in Kent.
Job Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our team providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our service users.
You will build strong relationships with both service users and their families, supporting them in achieving their goals and living independently. Your creative approach and caring attitude will make a significant difference in the lives of those we care for.
