Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Early Years Practitioners to create an inclusive environment that promotes learning and growth. You will also be responsible for planning activities based on children's interests and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Early Years Practitioners to develop and implement activity plans that meet the needs of all children.
  • Plan engaging activities that foster children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to build strong relationships with parents and carers.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
Requirements
  • Qualified Early Years Practitioner (L3, L6, QTS, EYTS).
  • Possess a genuine passion for child education and development.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend shifts.
  • Suitable references and DBS checks.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £26,520 - £27,560 per annum, depending on qualifications. Additional benefits include enhanced annual leave, birthday off, refer-a-friend bonus, and opportunities for career progression.
