The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating domain team Product Delivery. This involves collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to prioritise features, gather requirements, and create a domain Product Delivery roadmap. You will champion agile practices, embed key delivery metrics, and work with the wider delivery team to drive process alignment and continuous improvement.

You will also foster a culture of collaboration, effective communication, and data-driven decision-making. Ensuring teams are empowered to succeed and deliver value is crucial in this role. Additionally, you will coach and mentor team members on agile practices, methodologies, and tools.
