Communication Disorder Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Disorder Clinician to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to work with adults with communication disorders in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the RoleThis Band 6 position requires someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on patients' lives. As a specialist clinician, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating adult patients with communication and swallowing difficulties.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will also be utilized in training and educating junior staff and students.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of adult patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members

We offer a range of benefits, including regular training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a competitive salary, estimated to be around £38,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
