About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Italian Cuisine Specialist to join our Prezzo team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and cooking of high-quality Italian cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our Italian dining experience.
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food preparation.
- Collaborate with our Head Chef to drive kitchen innovation and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and stock levels to optimize profitability.
