We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Technician to join our team at The Invictus Group. This is a permanent position covering sites across the Cornwall area, working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large M&E Service provider, carrying out general building repair and maintenance, changing of locks, door closures, and other door furniture. You will also be responsible for basic plumbing and small leak repairs, small painting, decoration, and making good, fitting of carpet tiles, and applying relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general building repair and maintenance

Requirements
  • Proven experience working within general building and maintenance repairs
  • Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Full UK Clean Driving licence
