Senior Clinical Therapist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join our East Young Adult Mental Health Team in Ipswich, working with 18-25 year olds and their families.
As a key senior clinician within the team, you will assess and work with families and young adults with complex mental health needs. You will provide a highly specialist systemic perspective to the broader work of the service, working alongside senior psychology and psychological therapy colleagues.
Main direct clinical duties will include comprehensive mental health and systemic assessments, provision of specialist treatment to a complex caseload, and opportunities to provide supervision, consultation, and reflective practice. You will also contribute to service development, implementation, and evaluation of family therapy across the service.
We offer opportunities for training and ongoing CPD to support development and innovation in delivering high-quality mental health services.
