We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Prescriber to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Pharmacist Prescriber, you will be responsible for working with patients from initial eligibility appointments to the implementation and assessment of care, ensuring a high standard of treatment is provided throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using clinical knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical guidance, work with patients to provide medicines information and pharmaceutical advice.
  • Prescribe repeat prescription requests and support patients with their medication needs.
  • Work autonomously and make decisions to ensure high-quality care is provided.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacist registration with the GPhC.
  • Experience within Primary Care, although not essential.
  • Passion for high-quality care and ability to work autonomously.
