Account Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales/Account Development Representative to join our team, where you can utilize your sales expertise to drive business growth and success. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and building long-term partnerships.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, designed to meet or exceed sales targets and grow business revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates on sales performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the Home Improvements industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also contributing to a dynamic team environment.
